Have you ever heard the expression "everything is better when wrapped in bacon". Well its the truth! 

And this rotisserie  chicken is no exception. The only thing that made this even more spectacular was the chicken gravy, and it's so easy to make! and has amazing garlic flavor!

Ingredients:

Rotisserie Chicken
1 Bone inn skinless chicken breast
1 Strip of Bacon
2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp chines five spice
1 Bay Leaf
1/2 cup of largely sliced onions
4-6 Cups of water

Chicken Gravy
1/4 Cup Butter
4 Garlic Cloves (2 Minced)
2 Cups of Chicken Stock (boxed or powder)
3 Cups of Chicken Stock (boiled with chicken)
Onions (boiled with chicken)
1/4 Cup flour
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:

Rotisserie Chicken
1. Place the chicken in a Pot and fill it with water (just enough that will submerge the chicken). Add the poultry seasoning, chines five spice, bay leaf, & 1/2 cup of onions. Boil for 15-20 minutes.
2. Remove the chicken from the water. Wrap it with a slice of bacon and tie it down with kitchen twine. Place in the rotisserie oven for 20 minutes on 350f.

Chicken Gravy
1. In a saucepan melt the butter over medium - low heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and the boiled onions from the chicken pot.
2. When the butter starts to brown, slowly whisk the flour in and make a rou. When its smooth but thick, slowly whisk in 2 cups of boxed chicken stock. And simmer on medium -high heat.
3. Add 2-3 cups of the chicken stock from the pot the chicken boiled from, and 2 whole garlic cloves.
4. Whisk and simmer down until its to your preferred thickness. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
